For my CNC robotics class we used the Plasma cutter to make unique signs using 3D CAD software (Fusion 360). I love having witchy décor in my room, so I knew I wanted to make a simple but easily recognizable symbol. 

After bending the legs, I used a rivet gun to attach the legs to the sign.

After the sign and legs were cut out I angle grinded them until they were shiny. The legs had to be bent using a metal bender. 

Here is the plasma cuter getting ready to cut the sign. 

First I modeled the sign in Fusion 360 to specifications. After post processing, the GCode file was sent to the plasma cutter.
